Enjoyed our stay with friendly staff and a good breakfast. The location is great, just a short walk to key attractions. New dining options look promising. Room had some quirks, like a noisy lift and dark lighting. A light on the desk would enhance comfort. a pleasant family trip!

My room was cozy and stylish, with this nice pink marble bathroom that I loved. The bed was super comfy, and I had a good night's sleep. having tea-making facilities was a nice touch. The room was cleaned daily, which I really appreciated. A couple of times, I heard people in the corridor, but it wasn't a big deal. it felt like a welcoming place!

The stay was lovely, with super comfy beds and the perfect little garden for some downtime. I enjoyed the rooftop terrace and the cozy lounge area for a relaxed evening. Just wish the fridge in my room had worked properly, but overall, a great experience! 😊

I had a pleasant stay at the Rochester. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the main attractions. Rooms are clean with comfy beds, making it easy to relax after a long day exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay welcoming. I experienced some hiccups during check-in. it could have been smoother. the breakfast left a lot to be desired. Hot food was only lukewarm and staff seemed overwhelmed. Definitely needs improvement in the dining area. Despite these issues, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the little touches in the room, like the tea setup and cozy atmosphere.

Dining service was slow despite the restaurant being empty, detracting from the overall experience.
